She has extensive experience designing strategic and creative solutions using artificial intelligence (AI) and other advanced technologies to achieve results for our clients. \nMartha has advised on many high-profile\, high-stakes matters where defensible processes and accurate results were critical to the case.  Her experience spans FCPA matters\, global cartel investigations\, complex commercial litigation\, criminal matters\, and internal investigations.  She collaborates with legal teams to develop technology and workflow approaches that align with case strategy while increasing efficiency. \nMartha is highly skilled in using AI to solve big data challenges and identify important information for the case quickly and accurately. She also oversees a team of experienced technology professionals and manages operations for McDermott Discovery. \nMartha is a Certified Relativity Master\, having four concurrent certifications: Relativity Certified Administrator\, Relativity Analytics Specialist\, Relativity Project Management Specialist\, and Relativity Processing Specialist. \n\n\n\nScott Kohlhoff is a Product Manager at Relativity who drives the development of Relativity Short Message Format (“RSMF”)\, which is a solution for customers to standardize and review chat data for any chat application.  One of Scott’s initiatives is understanding how the nature of ESI is changing and how Relativity can be a leader in this evolving landscape. This involves working with personas across the EDRM and all segments that Relativity serves \n\n\n\nMark Anderson is the Director of UK Operations at Complete Discovery Source and steers the development of the CDS Convert\, CDS’ suite of RSMF conversion tools.  Mark is a Relativity Master\, and encase Certified examiner\, who works with CDS’ corporate and law firm clients\, consulting through all areas of the EDRM. This includes data collection methodologies\, Relativity review workflows and the use of analytics and predictive coding technologies
